Welcome to Cart Smarts
The Cart Smarts project was started by two high school students, Mia Dougherty and Will Scarlett, to educate junior golf players and their parents about golf cart safety. They created a brochure called Be Smart With a Cart and have made it available to numerous golf organizations, including:
- The First Tee
- The First Tee of Greater Sacramento
- Junior Golf Association of Northern CA
- Northern CA Golf Association
- Future Collegians World Tour
- California Interscholastic Federation-San Joaquin Section
- The National Council For Better Health Through Golf
Mia and Will have established this site to tell others about their project and what they have accomplished.
